Kimberly Hand is a south Florida native who began her real estate career over 18 years ago in new construction home sales.  Since then, she has pursued a dynamic path in the field of real estate which includes the strategic marketing of real estate development projects across the southeast.  As a Master Certified Practitioner of Feng Shui, Kimberly uses her extensive knowledge to showcase properties in their absolute best light, positioning every homeowner she works with at an immediate advantage over the competition. 

 

Kimberly has been a real estate investor for the last 10 years in vibrant markets such as Park City, Utah;  Nashville, TN and Jupiter, FL.  As the daughter of a contractor, she has a well-versed understanding of what it takes to re-imagine a property and the different phases of construction.   With a multitude of successful projects behind her, she brings personal experience, vast local knowledge and innovative ideas to her clients.  Kimberly delivers a unique skill set to this market and has often been called the “house whisperer.”

Dancing has been Kimberly’s life-long passion.  This passion led her to become a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader during the 2008-2009 playoff-making season.  As an NFL cheerleader, Kimberly learned the meaning of perseverance and honed her ability to uphold the reputation of an elite brand.   

 

Kimberly currently lives in Jupiter, Florida with her husband, son and Boykin spaniel puppy named Coco. If you see her around town she is most likely practicing yoga or walking the beautiful beaches near her home.
